The mediation officer is a professional whose main mission is to prevent and manage conflicts, and ensure a climate of tranquility for users and customers in a variety of environments. Whether in a sports stadium, on public transport, at social landlords' offices or in establishments open to the public (ERP), their role is to establish dialogue, defuse tensions, inform and guide users, and generally improve people's well-being and serenity.
